DirecTV Inc Complaint - Worst customer service ever
we called direcTV to cancel service one day after the NFL season started and was told none of my money was refundable. you see we started paying on the program in July 2009 and cancel sept14,2009 and received a bill the next day for the next month service and they want me to pay it also. that's three months for one weekend. I love football but not that much. also once you have that package with them they think they have the right to automatic renew service without your permission. They also swap out some old receiver we had in our home that we purchased ourselves and replace them with newer one and charged us with a lease on the receivers and a new contract without our permission. So we are catching the devil trying to deal with their coustomer service or no service. Was a loyal coustomer for over five years or better. but will never used this company ever again. I hope if anyone reads this and haven't sign a contract with this company think twice about it and shop around for a better company.
