AAA Self-Storage Informative - Bad customer service

WOODLAND, CALIFORNIA -- I rented for over 5 yrs and the previous mgmt was great. I paid 6 months at a time because the previous mgr promised a refund of unused months (but not partial months). In Aug I dropped off my trailer and got sick while parking it. Gate was locked when we left at 7:15. The mgr read us the riot act about how we should be out by 7p. Yeah, like I stayed in on purpose. I canceled per the 7 day cancellation policy and asked for the refund the previous manager promised. Sent written notice and 2 emails, which were all ignored. Called to ask about the refund and got very rude 'no refunds, read your contract'. Yeah, I read my SIGNED contract and it has nothing about no refunds. AAA will get you in with 'specials' but if you cancel you can kiss your money bye and probably get treated like crap and/or ignored.
