I ordered a valve cover gasket set from these clowns on 9-1- 09. the web page said orders are shipped out in three days. 6 days later I called to see where my order was and I only got the run around. I received my gasket set on 9-16-09, and the only reason I received this order is because on 9-15 I called my credit card company and disputeded the charge that was posted on the 9-1-09. my credit card company called Auto Parts Gaint on three way and investigated why the shipment has no been sent. the excuse was that it had been shipped but UPS tracking system was having problems. after my credit card company requested to have this ordered escalated, thats when results started to happen. 20 min later I received a call from Auto Parts Giant that my order will be leaving the warehouse at 5pm and I will receive my delivery the next day. 3DAYS SHIPPING REALLY MEANS 15 DAYS. First and last time useing this company.
