Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - The worst service ever - Drive Thru
Drive Thru - Complaint
DAPHNE, ALABAMA -- I have read other complaints about KFC on this site and it leads me to believe that poor service is not isolated to this Daphne, AL location. I have visited this location about six times and only twice did I leave with food. On two occasions, the wings were frozen and the magic nine minutes was my alternative. Once they were totally out of chicken....and at 5pm. On another visit, they didn't even answer the drive thru and I had to drive to the window, tap on it and still couldn't get an order in. So I drove away. Last Saturday, I decided to give them one more try, why I don't know? I pulled up to the menu board, ordered a 20pc honey BBQ wing, and she came back with the oh so familiar, we are out! So I went back home and contacted KFC and filed a complaint.
I wonder if will do any good? I guess I'll never know because that will be the last time I try.....

I really hope that someone does something about your situation. I despise KFC. I haven't eaten there in years and I won't. Go on the PETA website and I bet you won't either.

So you're telling me that KFC is just sitting around with NO CHICKEN?? A fast-food chain that specializes in chicken?? I think you're just saying they didn't have what you wanted right there & right then. You don't have to lie about what happened. If you don't want to go back, don't go back. Stop whining about it.

Actually Pesky, there have been several complaints on here about how KFC has ran out of chicken at other locations as well.

Customer is always right. I've had a yucky thigh piece too. Made me wonder if they know how to cook.

Rhino8, I was just thinking that when I read this as well as other posts. I thought this was a good place to vent and share bad experiences on. I havn't eaten at KFC in 4 years. My Dad and I went thru the drive at the end of the night(big mistake)Ate when we got to where we were heading. I still had to drive home the next day and thought I was gonna die. I found out my Dad became sick throughout the day. Hmmm old food I think! Puke!
