Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Complaint - Post Sales Service Is Pathetic
INDIA -- I have purchased a Samsung theatre + an LCD TV from tmc begumpet on 18th August 2009.
Within a weeks time the home theatre stopped working.
I had registered the complaint at Samsung service center vide the complaint no. 8411443034 On 12th September 2009.
A service engineer visited my residence the same day and advised that the entire mother board has some defect and has to be changed. But he said that the spare is not available and he would take 5 days time to get the spare parts organised.
When I called the customer care to take the feed back they said that the technician has taken time up to 9 days.
My concern is that if a product is having some problem within 10 to 15 days from the purchase, then the company kan look for replacing it.
And if it takes 10 days to arrange for a parts, then it shows that the parts are not readily available in the market. Then with what assurance should I bue a product and why does company sells product withing making the spare parts available.
I would like to request the company to exchange the product immediately and suggest me a product which is of better quality and service stability.
This type of post sell service are really annoying.
