Won Ribbon Art - Complaint
If I wasn't so excited about the "great" deal I thought I won at Skyauction.com, I would have done the research on the numerous complaints this company receives. Customer service is non-existent. The company was quick to take my money but EXTREMELY slow to deliver the items I won. It's been over three weeks and I'm still waiting for items I ordered and paid $15 for FedEx delivery. I tried to contact their "Customer Care" which is a joke. Emails I've sent haven't been answered. I'm not holding my breath. I won't ever do business with these people.
