Southern California Gas Company Complaint - Bill Payments made, but the gas company still turned off gas

I recently got a late payment bill that was paid the same day it was received. The Gas Company turned off the gas even though the bill was paid and would not set up an appointment to have the gas turned back on...even though all fees were paid.

Did you pay it by mail? Online? Over the phone? If you did it by mail, it takes a few days for them to receive it, and then process it.
You might need to call them back and see what's going on rather than waiting for them to call.

If you're past due on a bill the best thing to do is go in and pay it in person. If you did mail, pay online or over the phone, you should do as bkk suggests and give them a call.
