AT&T Complaint - Poor Service - AT&T Uverse Tv Services

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- This is a complaint of the very poor service that we have experienced with AT&T. To make a long history of non-working DVR's, the lastest fiasco is the DVR (supplied by AT&T) kept freezing and we were not able to fix it by either re-booting the system or by a technician guiding us by telephone. So they said they would come by from 8am to 12pm Saturday. They also said they would call us before coming over. They never did (this happened twice in the same week) so we called them. They said we were never in the system and later made the excuse that their system was down. We did not buy that so we made yet another appt. for the next day. Let's see if they even call us then.

Oh by the way there is no complaint number to call according to them - the reason for this complaint on-line. I would not recommend this service to anyone because of their lack of service and technical problems with their equipment. AT&T get two thumbs DOWN.

Now that, that's out of the way.
You could always try Time Warner. So far, I have no complaints about them.
