Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water - Complaint
I have been buying for Chicken of the Sea for twenty plus years and always the Solid White Albacore brand. Lately the cans have had nothing solid in them and are closer to the brown side then white. It is clearly not the product that used to greet me when I opened the can. In the past I could remove the tuna with a fork, now I need to pass it through a strainer. I am totally disappointed with their decision to down grade their product. I will be buying another brand in the future.

You know, I have to agree with you. I made a tuna casserole for my parents this weekend, and the Chicken of the Sea solid white, in water, was very chunky looking and brown. Also, not much in the can. I normally buy the packets of tuna, much better and great quality. Chicken of the Sea in the cans was one of my favorites.
I purchased the Chicken of the Sea, as they were on sale, 6 cans for $5.00. Never again.

Buy tuna in the packets. They are so much better than the canned tuna

true but the cans are cheaper
i usually buy wegman's though cos it's cheaper than the brand names
