Mars Music Store Complaint - Poor service

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I have contacted your store #6 in Tampa Florida many times, speaking to several managers with no results reguarding my circumstance. In addition I have sent e-mails to your corporate , also with nothing but a form response. I have bought and paid for a Parker guitar that was on 'fire sale' but was told worked fine, well a few days later I took it back in as I could not ever get the piezos picups to work, so your guy said Mars would 'split' the cost , I agreed.After paying $45.00 for a set up and $ 85.00 for a 'part' cost I have recieved nothing. Your store has had the guitar for over 7 months, and nothing has been done...this is absurd. I had been a loyal customer and made several purchases in the past, yet this is how you choose to treat your customers, how corporate. I hope there is some one in your orginization that has a sense of fairness and pride that will come forward and fix this problem, if not I feel sorry for the future of your store and what it stands for.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like the guitar returned to me in 10-20 days in working order at no more cost to myself, or I would like to have the monies I have invested returned asap. That is what I was originally promised.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.

I can't believe stores get away with this type of behavior! I hope that someday when all stores are online, there is some sort of tool that punishes stores with bad consumer ratings, right now there are just too many stores and not enough consumer advocacy firms to help.
