Sprint Nextel Complaint - Unhappy
From the beginning of my service contract I have had problems. I have been charged with data usage charges that weree astrnomical. I have not even used the internet. When calling they did drop the charges twice but said they wouldn't do it again. I asked for help numerous times. They said I could ahve the internet blocked off my phone. Well I did that and then still had data charges on the one phone. They said well those can't be ligit because you don't have access on that phone but the other phone you must pay the data charges.
I tried to explain thatI don't use the internet on my phone as I am in front of a computer all day long and have one at home also. They didn't care. I asked for documentation showing what sites I was on and times etc and they said they couldn't give me that information. Imagine that.
I had the internet removed but now cannot take advantage of my plan because without the internet I cannot send and receive picture mail which was included in my plan. Stopped at the store twice, notified on line five times and called four times. NO help and no answers.
Now just into my eleventh month my Renegade phones screen will not illuminate and my Rant just has a white screen.
