What does this company do?
How did they get ahold of your account number?
Did you cancel whatever it is you had going on with this company?
Have you tried contacting the company?
Try to dispute the charge with your bank.

More details would be great.

Contact your bank and advise them to stop all transactions with this company. Write the company and request that they discontinue withdrawing money from your account and that you wish to discontinue their service. Send it certified / delivery receipt. good luck!

You could do a stop pay with your bank. It just has to be for the same amount. If the company changes it by just one penny, it'll go through.

You need to cancel that credit card immediately. Then contact your bank or credit cards fraud/dispute department. You aren't the only one being ripped off by these shysters. There are numerous complaints all over the internet regarding UMG Buyeredge.

What does being 65 years old have to do with this? I am 59 and most of my friends are in our age range and we don't use our age as an excuse. If you were 80, that might be different.

Never, ever let anyone draw from any of your bank accounts is my practice. Most automatic withdrawals can be set up with a credit card so you have some protection and right to contest.
