Sears-citi-bank Complaint - trying to RUIN my good credit!!!
NEVADA -- For several years now i have had two accounts with sears. Each month i recieve two seperate bills on two seperate dates. Each bill is due on different days. I ALWAYS send in two seperate bills,checks,envelopes,stamps for each. more times than not one check is credited to the other account(even though each check has its own account nimber written on each check) I have tried many times to no avail to have both accounts placed into one. At one time things were so bad i cancelled both accounts and cut up the cards. I NO longer EVER shop in sears no matter what.I was told when citi-bank took over i would be able to find a solution to this problem. well that never happened. As of now i have a 60 day late pay on all three credit reporting agencys. I even made arragements to lower one card to 10% intrest for 3 months and take out automatic payments from my checking account. The person putting in my account numbers made a mistake and it was 60 days before i got a NASTY letter telling me that the arrangement had been cancelled because of a mistake taking out the money from my account. I went to my bank and was given a copy of the first check that was taken out two months after the signed agreement. So now my good credit is being ruined and things are even worsr since citi-bank. I have ben hung up on the phone many times. I understand you can not speak with the same person at the billing department. As they have many locations and many operators. I have sent a letter to sears CEO as well. So far no relief in site. Any ideas???
