Monster Cable Complaint - Unresponsive customer service

I bought this product as it seems ideal for me. However, it came defective out-of-the-box, as I can only get distorted audio.

I've contacted customer service, and got an email from a representative asking me for additional information, and promising to help me with a replacement. I sent the requested information. However, after one week I've got no reply from them. I tried to contact customer service again, but no response.

I recommend not buying this brand. It is my feeling that customer service should be more efficient, taking into account the high prices for their products.

Return the product and file a charge back with your credit card company.
