FPL Complaint - Rude Customer Service

Dear Sir/Madam:
Please note I am not satisfied with the level of customer service at FPL. I called to complaint about a $1.45 overcharge and was treated rudely by two FPL representatives. FPL asks appeals court to keep salaries secret

Just hours before state regulators would have been forced to release Florida Power & Light's executive salaries, the company today filed a petition asking a court to halt the data drop.
The Juno Beach-based electric company asked the 1st District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee to stop the Public Service Commission from disclosing the salaries and titles of more than 400 executives who make $165,000 a year or more at the company. The PSC had ruled that FPL and Tampa's Progress Energy must reveal the salary amounts and titles because that information a critical piece of the $1.3 billion rate case. Commissioners allowed the companies to keep secret the names of the employees...FPL has vehemently argued that the release of the salary data would pose a competitive disadvantage.

It is no one's business how much money I make, or you make, so why do you care what they make? Your concern should be with your over charge, not someone's salary.

I was thinking the same as ladyscott and passed right over that article. Has absolutely no relevance at all to your complaint about being overcharged a whole $1.45. NTW, how exactly do you know you were overcharged?

Did you find out what the "overcharge" was for? Were you short or rude with the FPL agents?

I disagree with the LadyScot, SlimJim and MsCantBeWrong. On Monday, October 5, 2009 FPL representative over the telephone was rude with me when I called to request info about extra charges on my bill.

You can disagree all you want. It still is none of your business what their salary is. Again, your complaint is the overcharge and that is all you are entitled to know. Gee...How much is YOUR salary?
