If anyone (I seriously doubt if they are) is listening at GE I still after three months have not had a satisfactory solution to the continuing problems with my wall oven. It has a design defect (YOUR OWN TECH said it did, and the so-called repair your TECH provided would not correct the problem. My previous case number is 9826284 from 7-2-09. My wife has not used the oven since the last fraudulent "repair" by the service tech. She is afraid it will melt again (which the Tech said it would). How can GE with any honesty, state the oven does not have a defect. So far, the oven has cost me $900 plus $85 in repair cost.
