Delta Children's Products Complaint - Pray You Get All Your Parts
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I bought my 2 year old toddler a CARS 3-in-1 toddler bed from Toys R Us back at the end of March. Well, this was a month earlier than we really needed it, so we didn't open the box until we wanted to put it together. Well, once we started to check the pieces, one of the main bars were missing. I have been fighting with Delta Children's Products, the manufacturer of the bed, since June trying to get this part. Every time they send a shipment, which takes 2-3 weeks of not knowing what's going on, I open the package to find the wrong part (and what's worse, it's the SAME wrong part that they shipped me the last time). I've even left voicemail for the manager, which have gone unanswered.
So if you buy a bed or any other furniture from Delta Children's Products, you better open it immediately so that if there are missing parts, you can take it back to the store to get a new product.
