Mitsubishi Complaint - Mitsubishi Projection TV Set (WS65907) Failure
LAKELAND, FLORIDA -- Jan 12-01--When I was out to purchase a new set of projection television(sales tag of approx $5000), I was given "unsound advice" by "Sound Advice" sales force that Mitsubishi is better quality and reliable product then any other competitive product.
Television failed performing in 2nd week of June,2001 within 5 months of purchase. I was disappointed and called in Sound Advice. Well, on 6/20 the ceritified tech from SA diagnised the problem and fixed the problem.
But Oopps..on 6/25 it failed again for the same reason! Again after 8 days the technician showed up for repair and tried to do everthing and said that he may have to come back! Television is still off!
Today is 7/16/01 and I received a letter from consumer relations Advisor that they can only repair the television but can not replace with a new quality product. Who can help?
