Conn's Appliances Complaint - Conn's Does Not Stand Behind What It Sells
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I bought a brand new Samsung, top of the line, washer and dryer. The dryer was delivered and didn't work. I spoke to Conn's who wanted to send out a repairman. I said NO. I don't want a dryer that is less than 24 hours in my house and needs repairs. I want a new dryer. So after much arguing, they delivered a new dryer.
However, in hooking up the new dryer their installation people crawled over my washer and put a huge dent in it.
After several days of getting the run-around at the store, and having the store manager completely ignore our calls, we called their corporate headquarters. They basically told us that we were stuck with the dented-by-their-installers washer and to suck it up.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I would not spend another cent in one of their stores and encourage you to avoid them at all costs.
