Cheryy Hill Volvo New Jersey Complaint - Very Very Unhappy - Cherry Hill NJ Volvo

CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY -- I took my Volvo in for waranty service to check a noise in the auto. They claimed it was not a waranty issue and charged me $120 without contacting me to rotate tires. I spoke to the President of the dealership and received no help. I have had other problems with this dealership in the past. Volvo Corp and Cherry Hill Volvo have lost a customer forever over $120.

the work this gentleman requested was not covered by the warranty, as he thought. At CHERRY HILL VOLVO, we stand behind EVERYTHING we do. If we erred, we would correct the situation.

They charged you 120 just to rotate your tires? Did they find any other issues? You may want to consider taking it to a local mechanic for a diagnostic to see if there are any additional problems.
