Storepulls.com Complaint - Returned Item not refunded as promised. Delivery was verified by UPS
I ordered two items from Storepulls.com in May. I found the receipt of the products to be acceptable and prompt.
However, I received a substitute items for a Purell hand sanitizer that was basically junk and was not a substitute for Purell. What was really interesting is that they asked me if I wanted the item and emailed them back asap stating "NO". I then received the item anyway.
I then received an RMA quickly and drove my but over to UPS and returned the item. The last communication I received from John xxx was that the item was received in late May. It is now Sept and have not received my refund from them. I have sent numerous emails and left messages and have not received one email or call stating they would look into. There is no address on the website so I need to dig that up some how via whois, etc. Probably running out of someones basement!
My advice is to stay away from Storepulls. It one thing goof up and fix it but to not even refund money as promised nor return calls or emails is ridiculous.
