Pinnacle Studio Movie Box USB - Complaint
SOUTH PORTLAND, MINNESOTA -- Customer service is non-existant. Can't get their product to burn DVD.....get prompts like burn failed, reason unknown. Company doesn't respond. Going to Circuit City tomorrow to insist they get this crap off their shelves.

I use several Pinnacle products and never had a problem. Try reading the owners manual.
