Swaptree Complaint - Lack of Customer Support

Swaptree offers a book trading service. I have used this service until recently, when a trading partner notified them that a book I sent was "not received". I did send the book, and have the official Post Office receipt proving that. Swaptree has repeatedly harassed and threatened me, and now has suspended my service. This, despite the fact that I sent Swaptree a copy of the PO receipt. They do not respond to my e-mails, and continue to threaten me with "legal" action. I am an honest person, and strongly resent being treated as a criminal with no rights!
I advise all book traders to STAY AWAY from this service!

Just because you have USPS receipt that you sent it, doesn't mean they received it. Did you also include the signed for receipt delivery?? Then you get back that little orange card or green, that shows it was delivered and signed for.

We all know USPS does lose items at times. Your beef is with the post office.
