Refunded Not Comply - Complaint
Its really really true that this company is not for their customers but only for peoples money. their goal is earning money and put in their pockets. I don't respect with this company. als customer's review I gave negative. incompetent company with very low dignity, somebody asked why should we attack this company because they have good accommodation. Stupid! they have to read this too many comment en complaint. they have policy to return our refund our money. period no more other reason they obliged to return it, they can only give instruction to bank and transaction would be reverse, so easyand simple is that but they won't to refund thats is reaaly a crime.,fraudulent company do this kind business. once again their customers service cannot reach where we could make complaint... they are cheating the people. they must be publicity on television so that the people aware with this company, any suggestions would be great.

They do seem to be fraudulent. The company is in Turkey and all reviews point to the fact that they're scamming people in the U.S. and the U.K.
