Sprint Complaint - Still Waiting - Service and Phone
Its so frustrating to be the customer when you were told you would be refunded money in 6-8 weeks and 10 weeks later you are still waiting and are now being told it has to go to the company audutors. Why couldn't it have gone to the company auditors when I was told I would be refunded it.
I moved into a new home that does not have Sprint mobil services in it. So after talking with the company I was promised a refund for the new phone I had just bought and a prorated refund for the month of services that I was not able to use. It took about 2 hours to straighten everything out but at the end of the call it was confirmed that I would receive the refund in 6-8 weeks.
In Aug. I got a bill so I again called about why I got a bill for services I hadn't had since June and was supposed to be getting a refund from the company. It was confirmed during that phone call that I did not owe anything and a refund was being send to me.
Then today 10 weeks after I was told that my complaint would be sent to the company auditors who I can not talk to personally. And that I would have to wait 72 hours from Monday to hear what they say.
What can I do when I company doesn't do what they promised. They charge their customers fees when payments are late (which not one of mine was) yet they are not follow thru on what they promised to their customer and we don't get to charge them late fees.
