Starbucks Complaint - Bad customer service
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- On September 26, 2009 at 7 am I went to buy my coffee from Starbucks on E-concourse in Atlanta Airport. I work for Delta on the same Concourse and I buy my morning coffee almost every day from the same store. This morning the personnel was very arogant, very rude and upset. /I simply dared to take one empty cup to share my coffee without asking the permission from the employee, because the cups were right in front of me/. The young girl at the register act like she owns the store, almost screemed on me, that she already put the cofee in two cups. I didn't know, of course, and after I tried to separate them they got almost broken.
I went back and payed 25 cents for the empty cup I took and asked for her name. No response! I would suggest the Managment in Atlanta HArtsfield Airport to review there employee behaviour, because in this economy there are so many nice and smiling faces out there waiting for jobs. From now on I will buy my coffee across the hall from Caribou coffee shop. They are much more pleasant and proffessional.
