HELLO ALL, I AM WRITING TO TELL OF MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THE HEARTFORD AT WORK CLAIM DENIAL OF MY CLAIM WHICH IS ONLY $100.00 A WEEK. THEY SAY I NO LONGER MEET DEFINITION OF DISABILITY EVEN THOUGH MY PRIMARY MEDICAL DOCTOR SENT THEM A 2 PAGE REPORT AS WELL AS MYSELF. I ALSO GAVE THEM 2 NAMES OF STATE OF NY MEDICAL AND PSY DOCTORS WHICH BOTH CLAIMED I WAS UNFIT FOR WORK REPORTS. I ALSO HAVE A DOCTOR OF PSYCHIATRY AND NEUROLOGY AND ALSO A CLINICAL AND CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGIST AND ANOTHER UROLOGY MD. BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING ALL MY BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS.

I don't know how your policy is written, but sometimes claims involving mental health issues are handled differently than a straightforward medical claim.
