Tutto Bene Italian Restaurant Complaint - NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSSINES

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA -- I have been a loyal customer of Tutto Bene'e for the longest time. I love the food they serve, especially the Bolinian food. Today I walked in to order take out, I waited for the cashier to help me, she was using her cell phone. Then I asked politely if whe could help me. She replied that the other gentlemen was going to help me. So, I waited, waited for him to finish talking to the server, then without even looking at me he said "Yes?" I told him my order and he told me the price, I gave him my card, and he literally threw the pen and my card back to me and said, "sign". I signed and was waiting for my order, took more than usual so I asked if it was ready, and it had been, and no one told me it was ready. I pick-up my order and the gentlemen just looked at me. During my whole visit I never got a "Thank you", "please" or anything that might make me feel that they want my bussines. I was shocked by the customer serveice they gave me today. But, it is always the same with the same gentlemen. Seems like he is the general manager, or owner...sad..with the kind of customer service.

The cashier may have been on break, and the restaurant was probably very busy, especially if you came in to place your order at dinner time. There are worse crimes out there then not having someone say "thank you" or anything, trust me.

I am taking my bussiness elsewhere. I work in a retail store, and customers always come first especially if the manager is the one helping customers. Us, as a store want to keep all the customers we can. My expectation is that everyone else should do the same! Now a days that competition is worse.
