Dancewearsolutions.com Complaint - No change can be made after the order placed

SAINT LOUIS, MISSISSIPPI -- Once the order placed, you can never change it. I had place the order on Saturday night and found the size of the merchandise was wrong and I called the customer number 1-866-542-6500 immediately and no one answer the phone since it was Saturday. I called the customer service again on Monday right after the customer service line opened and I was told that the goods have been shipped. However, we I ask for the shipping tracking number, they cannot gave me one. There was no confirmation email sent to me after I placed the order and after the shipping either.

The customer service's attitude was very rude!!! Plus, you have to pay the shipping charge when you return the merchandise.

They probably have a disclaimer that all sales are final. If they do, you're out of luck.
