Toyota Motor Corporation Complaint - Incompetent Toyota Financial Services
In July,'09, I did all the necessary paper work to transfer automatic debit of my lease from one bank to another. It is now October, & it still hasn't been transferred by Toyota Financial Services, even though I have spent hours on the phone & computer w/them; & they assure me it will be done; but meanwhile, but they still haven't, & repeatedly & ridiculously charge me a late fee! I'm paying for their incompetency!! I don't know what is going on there. They should all be fired. I have been a Toyota customer for many years, have never been late in making payments because I've had them automatically debited. It is so frustrating that Toyota Financial Services cannot institute this, & instead charge me a late fee. When my present lease w/Toyota is up, I'll never deal w/them again.
