Priceline.com Complaint - Customer service and business ethics
I ordered an airline ticket to a specific destination at a selected price. I ran a copy of the interary, but when the purchase went through the destination changed to a location I did not select or intend on selecting. I tired to contact Priceline.com immediately to notify them of the error. I tried, and even American Express on my behalf tried, to telephone and email the consumer department and later their corporate headquarters, without success. By the time they answered I wos told, “your a sucker”. I believe this company is very fraudulent in the selling of tickets and their business ethics is very qestionable.
