Jennifer Convertibles Inc Complaint - Leather Sofa
One 12/17/05 I purchase a Wrigley Queen Sleeper. It was delivered on 2/23/06. The leather started to show signs of wear sometime in 2006 so I requested an in home inspection by a technician. On 8/14/06 I received a letter saying wear and tear was not covered. However since then the brown leather is peeling off the cushions. I feel that the leather on this sofa is defective. My husband and I both work and we have no children living in our home. So we don't sit on it all that much. The price was $799 which isn't cheap.
I contacted Jennifer Convertibles, 2 days ago through the Internet and am still waiting for a response about this defective product.
