Pods moving services - Complaint
TENNESSEE -- Pods has me scheduled for the 2and of October, but I am told I may not have it delivered because their sure they don't go there. I asked them to check ahead of time they said they don't do that. Insted they told me they would drop it on the side of the reoad and we have to get a pickup and empty it. I spoke to many rude supervisors and I am ready to go to small claims court. they told me my other option was to have it delivered to storage 60 miles away. read the whole story at podssucks. info, it took 23 weeks to load and I have to be gone in 4 days.

I "think" they are saying that they loaded their stuff (which took them
23 weeks???!!) and now PODS is telling them that they do not deliver at their new location. At least I think that's what they said :)

I've used PODS in the past on a move. They were fantastic! The unit was clean and in great condition, delivered on time, picked up when scheduled and delivered when promised. I would highly recommend PODS!

I wonder if the OP's new home is located on a steep hill or some other area that would make it difficult to drop it off at their front door. When my in laws moved the truck couldn't make it up the drive way. It wasn't the moving companies fault. I have a feeling PODS may be taking the blame for something that they can't control.
