Bank of America Complaint - Practice concerning overdraft fees.
ALLEN, TEXAS -- I, Phillip McCune have been a Bank of America customer for little over 9 years and I have always enjoy the service you have to me but recent in the last year I have some difficult dealing with your customer service concerning overdraft fees and service fees. Most of your customer service representatives were not wanting to grant waivers to overdraft fees and basically being rude about the whole transaction. For 7 ½ years I have never had request this service but only once or twice during the period of 2000-2007 but now that I have experience some economical hardships your organization has been unwilling to work with me on granting any type of waiver to the overdraft fees. I have on several occasions requested that a waiver of the fees but I was told that there is nothing anyone could do to help me and that is current policy to deny waiver. Apparently, this organization does not value long time customers; they are just a number with no regard for the individual. This is totally unacceptable.
