Gap Complaint - Rude Gap Customer Service
I called to question about my Finance Charge on my account. The representative told to dig out my GapVisa agreement they mailed to me when I first open my account. I told her that I can't locate the agreement, she said that if I had read it I would understand what "Finance Charge" means. I told her that I have always paid my full balance on time, and was never charged by any credit card. She moves on telling me that as long as I carry a balance on my card, I would have to pay the finance charge. She went on to check my account detail and come back to tell me that they have reimburse my finance charge after she took a look of my account. I told her that she should not answer any questions without checking the account detail. She would not appolgize and I was very frustrated about my experience and will consider to cancel my account.
