Rogers and Rogers Nissan In El Centro CA. Complaint - BAD SERVICE MANAGER - Service Contracts not honored by MANAGER

2361 HIGHWAY 86 IMPERIAL, CALIFORNIA -- Hello,
I had a repair needed on my car a Nissan Altima 2001 and this was I can't seem to recall, the dates. Well My husband and I bought a used car at another dealership Mossy Nissan (good people) and we live in the Imperial Valley. Near EL centro so the closes Nissan is ROGERS and ROGERS Nissan so we took it to them for the repair thinking the contract would cover it. Well The manager at the time said NO before we even told him the problem. "He said where we bought it we take it for repairs". Now at this point telling you what needed reapir is no point any way.
We looked at the contract and it doesn't say where you buy it is where you will have to repair it!!
Well this was long ago and that manager was so rude we were glad to hear that he was not working there anymore..... Well I don't why, but he is back at so people call your customer care if he doesn't want to honor any contract or for anything he says no to. He is not a nice person I feel sorry for those Advisors who have him as the manager who sits in his chair on the computer just eating not even helping them with another mad customer. Oh by the way
Mr. So called Service Manager why would you turn away any service?
