Details on High Complaint - Unprofessional Owner

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I had an appointment to have my car detailed beginning at 8 AM, woke up at 8:26 and called the owner apologized for running behind and ask if it's OK that I still come in, that I just woke up.

He askes "do you have a hard time waking up all the time?" I chuckled thinking of the fact that I do, due a chronic health issues I've been recovering from.. and answer, "actually I do..." He says "don't' bother coming in" and hangs up on me. ...and this was the owner!

No company link I could find for below, however I did find a major complaint on google's customer reviews... Turns out the above was a BLESSING to be hung up on. Read review below.

Any chance that he meant don't bother coming in today, because when you were not here on time, we are now doing other work? If so, he should have said that. There is no reason for him to hang up on you.

Maybe you threw their entire schedule off. They allocated a time for you, you didn't make it.

My gosh, the world really revolves around you? This guy should have his entire day screwed up because of YOUR incompetence? You certainly don't realize that you cost him money by missing your appointment, do you. He could have had a more responsible customer show up, receive his or her service, and actually make a profit. Of course, that seems to be a bad thing these days.
