American Express Complaint - Bad Service, Uncaring Attitude
I have been with American Express for 28 years, I have always been, pretty much on time, I have never defaulted, never had a bankruptcy or any of those bad things.
About 3 or 4 months ago I got a letter from Amex, saying the were cutting my credit to $7500.00 and were taking away my ability of paying on time, this was overnight. I paid off my credit card and started paying monthly, well this morning the changed the due date from the 27th of the month to the 13th of the month and then proceeded to tell me that I had one full month to pay, credit card closes on the 3rd and is due on the 16th, 13 day right?
I will change my habit, but they are very wrong if they think that their customers will put up with this treatment, I sent a letter to them, no answer yet.
