AAA Auto Insurance is HORRIBLE - Complaint
AAA Auto Insurance will not reimburse my car rental fees. AAA's insured hit my car at fault, get my car repaired, sent them the car rental invoice, and they reject to pay for the rental when they already admit at fault. BEWARE of AAA Auto Insurance, they will not want to pay even when they are at fault.

I would think it would depend upon what type of policy that the insured driver that hit you had.

When the AAA adjuster first contacted you was there any mention of the need for a rental car?

Do you have AAA insurance or did the person that hit you? If you have it AND you selected rental car coverage on YOUR policy then it is covered. If the other person has AAA you have no claim for them to pay for YOUR car rental, that comes from YOUR insurance.

AAA Auto Insurance is the worst... I had AAA when my daughter was involved in a accident.. Hit from behind by another AAA insured. Since I only had PL PD they would only pay 50% of the value. I had to take them to court to get "MY" money back!!! AAA Auto insurance is the worst. I went back to Farmers Insurance.

Another AAA review, this not an insurance company these are thieves. Rear ended by AAA driver ,on tape admitted total fault damaged rear door and bumper AAA "totals" my vehicle. Forcing my business vehicle into a salvage title.Offers blue book which is so far off the market value its laughable.Business damaged, Van damaged , their Fault, they wiggle free for the rip off.
