Sears Complaint - Sears.com ordered 21 items- CC charaged- but out of stock on all- waiting for credit
The other day I made an order at Sears.com for 21 items.
I did not receive a confirmation email so I caontacted the company. About 4-5 hours after placing my order- I am informed everything is OOS and it was canceled. So I inquired about the charged to my DEBIT and was not answered. I wrote about 10 more email inquiries.
Now more than 24 hours after placing the order- I finally received a resonse that indeed my card was charged- and to wait for the credit- which could take awahile being it is the weekend- and depending on my bank- THEY TELL ME.
I think SEARS is a bunch of csammers- sellinga nd charging people for things they don't ahve and will not receive.
