Abercrombie & Fitch Informative - Abercrombie customer service complaints
Being on here, I have read many upsetting and angry reviews on our store. I work at the Abercrombie kids in Florence and it upsets me to know that people don't like shopping in the store or are receiving bad treatment. I have never once raised my voice or been rude to a customer, no matter how they treat me. Come into our store if you need help, we're always glad to help make your experience at our store a great one!! I've never denied any customer a request. I love my job because I get to help people. I hope that you can still shop at Abercrombie, I promise not ALL of us are bad. :]

Unfortunantly, because people have had a bad experience with one store and it's employees; they assume all stores will be like that. And there's always two sides to every story. Some complaints about bad customer service was all the fact that an employee gave them an answer they didn't wanted to hear and didn't get their way.

People shouldn't condemn all stores because of one bad apple, not all stores have the same customers and not all stores have the same workers. It's going to be a different experience at a totally different store.

Thank you to you both!! And bearkatkitten, thank you I'm going to try to keep doing my best. I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable walking into our store no matter what they look like. I will keep continuing to smile and treat my customers with the upmost respect and care. :]
