Netspend Complaint - Stay Away From Netspend!!!!
I have had netspend for two years and its been problem after problem. It takes forever to get refunds back its hard to get to speak to a live agent and all their reps are trained to lie!! Today is the icing on the cake. I went to the Atm machine to withdraw money and the machine says my financial institution is not responding. I try to use 2 other ATMs and get the same response. I call netspend I'm told there is nothing wrong with my account and she's going to reactivate my card I should try in 30 mins. I try again and its still not working. I call back and speak to another representative who tells me their entire network is down and no one with a netspend card can access funds. I ask for a supervisor and the girl hangs up. Thank God I had other accts with money. So I go home and call back in the afternoon. I get someone in the escalation department that says they have no network issues and he will call me back in 30 mins. I wait 2 hours and call back and get another representative that says I should wait another 30 minutes for the previous representative to call me back. I tell him I won't do that and can he transfer me to a supervisor. Needless to say I'm still holding!!!
