GMAC Complaint - GMAC Horrible Customer Service
I couldn't agree more with the reviews. I called to make sure my payment had been received. The woman I talked with was from India (of course) and was rude and disrespectful. She tried to tell me that I had a payment that had not been made in 2008. Like any credit card company or finance company will let you go more than two minutes without hounding you to death. She kept insisting. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me there was no one and put me through (after a very long wait) to Quality Assurance. He, too was from India but not quite as rude and ignorant. After ten minutes of him trying to figure out what was going on, he decided that the representative was wrong and that my account was current. I am going to find a phone number somewhere in this country and call and write. Never again will I finance through GMAC.
