Qwest Complaint - Qwest has wrecked my life
NEVER leave any cable company to 'bundle' with Quest. They will not show up as promised (I lost 2 days of work), then they cannot be reached. After finally getting past the 'virtual' representatives you may actually reach a real representative He will usually not want to deal with the problem and just disconnect you. DO NOT drop your existing service until you find out how bad Quest really is. DO NOT have DirectTV connected first because you will then be stuck with them, and have no 'bundle'. Huge bills will come from Quest and they cannot be stopped. They need to have a good class-action lawsuit filed against them. ...
