Printglobe, Inc. Complaint - Do not EVER use Printglobe for services as they do not have good customer service

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I ordered legal sized folders for my law firm with our logo on it. Printglobe did not send a proof in legal size form so that I could get an accurate idea as to how the printed folders would look. Then they ship many boxes and when I opened them up, they looked awful. The lettering wasn't centered and looked blotchy. When we sent the boxes back to the company they billed my credit card for $1,575.00 and said I hadn't returned the boxes correctly! Like there is some procedure for that. When I called John Peterson, the customer account executive he acted like I was yelling at him and he couldn't understand why I was upset! He told me he could re-ship my old crappy folders to my - at my expense of course. Do not ever use Printglobe as they have terrible customer service. I am madder now, then before talking to him.
