NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I ordered a Samsung i8910 3 weeks ago. after they charged my credit card to get a AT&T phone. I was supposed to be able to switch the Samsung i8910 with the AT&T phone. the phone should have arrived within 2 days at their office in the empire state building. on the second day I went to the their office only to find out that it wasn't there. In the office there are about 5 guys sitting around with their shoes off eating with all of these old phones sitting on shevles. the so called manager Tim (personall cell phone number is 1917-600-6447) told me that he didn't have it; there was a mix up and that he would have it by the next day. the next day came, no phone... after 3 weeks of promises that the phone would be there in 2 days, I still do not have the phone I requested. the complete thing is a big rip off. they advertise these cheap prices so that they can get your credit cards and commit fruad. they never pick up the phones and shut down the phone service so that you can't talk to them... and then when you shock them and show up they get flustered... these are the worst scam scum I have ever encountered... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... Unless you just want to waist your time and credit.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank and shop somewhere else.
