AT&T U-Verse Complaint - U-Verse Nightmare - U-Verse-Tv-Phone-Internet

I signed up for this service over 90 days ago and from the minute the installer left the system has not worked. Everything freezes up. I have had no less than 20 technicians out, including teir two and managers, inside, outside and down the block technicians. They have replaced every cable in my house, the splitter, etc. Still not working. Asked for credit, had to call 5 times. Each time I was told only a supervisor could credit my account and they would call me back. Never did.

Today was the last straw. They were supposed to send a technician between 9-12...no show. I called and they said they would have someone out asap, however they had people in the 12-4 slot who had tickets out ahead of me. How can that be? I had a 9-12 ticket.

Saw the trucks outside last night. Turns out my neighbor is having exact same problem. Told the service man I was working on my 15th or 16th technician. He said " I am #17 here". think there have a problem.

Bottom line is I am done. Bye bye ATT
