Rite Aid Complaint - Completely Arrogant and Unhelpful Staff!
Rite Aid's motto is supposed to be "with us, it's personal"...right? My experience today was quite the opposite. After asking an associate for help today, he reluctantly made an effort to help and then copped a snarky attitude and told me he couldn't help me. At this point I was livid, so I reminded him of their store motto, to which he responded "I don't care about these people, they mean nothing to me!" I am VERY disappointed with this company. Maybe they should weed out the losers in the hiring process?
