Wal-Mart Complaint - Customer Service
Oct 8, 2009 I went to the Customer Service to see about exchaning a printer cartridge, which I had purchased the wrong one. The cartridge had been found in Wal Marts system but I did not have my receipt. The lady said I could not get my money back which was fine. Told her I just wanted to exchange for other items I was going to purchase. Another lady came up and asked what the problem. At that time there was no problem until she arrived. She went through the whole routine again. Told her I simply wanted to purchase other merchandise in exchange for the price of the cartridge. No money to exchange hands except from mine to theirs. She became real hateful and she couldn't do that. I told her fine. (That was the 2nd time I had tried to return the very same item. The first time they told me I had not bought it there as they could not find the number). I told her we spend between $600 and $700 per month at that store, but if that was how they were going to treat their customers, there would be no more shopping at Wal Mart and walked off. The one lady was very rude and her attitude was totally uncalled for.
