12959 CORAL TREE PLACE -- My complaint is simple:

1. Very difficult to cancel.

Must be done by phone... I never found a way to do so other wise. If there is, it is hidden or hard to find...

2. They charged my credit card a fee I was not verbally made aware of when I cancelled. I might
have legally been held to it... but they didn't
tell me it was going to be charged. Probably because I was already angry. They should have still let me know.

The email statement I received read as follows:

3. I've been in business for 10 years. I'm so glad
I don't have to treat my clients like this. I should be easy to disengage. You should make someone aware when they going to be charge without them having to read a 37 page document outlining the fees.

4. My recommendation don't use their services unless you enjoy having to call to cancel or want not to have everything verbally disclosed to you.
